Description
- Oversee the clearing and settlement of listed trades within the financial services sector.
- Ensure all positions/balances in the firms DTC/OCC account are in sync with internal systems and bookings.
- Ensure all clearinghouse margin requirements are met and efficiently maintained.
- Monitor all OCC activity including CMTA flow and exercises/assignments for shares held in custody.
- Validate firm's outbound invoices for services rendered and oversee the allocation of clearinghouse charges received.
- Problem resolution of all transaction exceptions and failures that have been escalated to the team.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure accuracy in transactions.
- Monitor and report on clearing activities, providing insights to enhance operational efficiency.

Profile
A successful Listed Clearing Specialist should have:
- 3+ years in financial services industry (banking/brokerage support preferred).
- Demonstrated knowledge of DTC, working knowledge of OCC.
- Broadridge Shadow platform a plus.
- Strong knowledge of clearing and settlement processes in the financial services industry.
- Thorough understanding of US clearance market practices.
