Position: Linux Platform Engineer
Location: Fort Worth TX / Onsite
Duration: Long Term contract 

Job Description:
This is a long-term program supporting a major platform modernization effort, including a migration from Solaris to Red Hat Linux, automation initiatives, platform engineering, and support of new hardware and software deployments.

Clearance: Candidates must be able to obtain and/or maintain a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret level Security Clearance.

Key skills:
  • Red Hat Linux engineering and administration experience.
  • Ansible automation experience
  • Platform design, implementation, and modernization expertise
  • Experience supporting OS migrations and infrastructure transformation initiatives
  • Scripting experience (Bash, Python, etc.) is a plus
  • STIG/security-focused experience is beneficial
