Position Summary
The Line & Ramp Lead is responsible for supporting daily shift operations, meeting customer service expectations, and ensuring base requirements are fulfilled in accordance with Jet Aviation policies and procedures. This role provides shift leadership and supports the training and development of the Line Services team while also actively performing line service duties as part of the team.
The Line & Ramp Lead is expected to lead by example, delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality service while helping maintain operational standards and supporting the overall success of the base.
Work Schedule & Compensation

We are looking for team members who thrive in a dynamic, around-the-clock operation and are open to working a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the operation, customers, and crews.
We formally operate 24 hours daily, 7 days weekly.
B Shift (3PM-11PM) will be the initial assignment, with the potential for changes over time as our business needs and opportunities evolve.
Training for this role is expected to last approximately 4-6 weeks. During the training period, hours may differ from the assigned shift listed based on operational and training needs. Once initial training is successfully completed, you will transition to the assigned shift.
The posted salary range reflects the baseline compensation for this exempt position in the applicable regional market and does not include any additional premiums. The baseline range for this non-exempt position will be as follows: $25 - $30 hourly, plus a performance-based bonus up to 5% of annual salary.

The work environment is generally moderate in noise level, with occasional exposure to high noise levels during aircraft arrivals and departures. The role frequently involves exposure to vibration and occasional fuel fumes. Employees must be willing and able to work in all types of weather conditions. Hangar environments may be extremely hot or cold depending on the season.
