Line Operator

Hourly Rate: $22.00-$25.00 (Depending on experience)
Shifts: 7:00am-7:00pm and 7:00pm-7:00am
Passport Ready Preferred for training in Ireland
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the Safety, Quality, and Production within the spinning line
- Assembly, load, Pack, Startup/Shutdowns and Changeovers
- Responsible for following production schedules, replenishing material, eliminating losses, finding and fixing defects
- Calculate and record results in data entry systems
- Complete CIL tasks
- Drive own results and priorities through the 5 Rocks process
- Participate in planned stops, DDS (24 hour planning) and shift handovers
- Assist in onboarding new team members
- Maintain daily goals to ensure minimum loss of downtime on the machines
- Maintain a quality-focused culture in a manufacturing environment
Requirements
- Manufacturing experience
- Assembly line experience
- Working experience of Loss Elimination Methodologies preferred
- Collaboration skills-Able to work in a global multi functional environment
- Strong communication skills
- Must be able to go to Ireland for training
