Looking to get your foot in the door with a growing company in the Lebanon, TN area ? We’re hiring dependable, hard-working individuals to join a busy automotive manufacturing team that specializes in painting and powder coating car parts.
Position: Line Loader / Unloader
Pay: $17.50 an hour (with room for advancement!)
Schedule: Monday thru Friday: 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM
Start Date: As early as NEXT WEEK
Line Loaders/Unloaders Duties and Responsibilities:
- Load and unload automotive parts onto a moving line
- Hang parts securely to ensure proper coating coverage
- Remove finished parts carefully to prevent damage
- Inspect parts for quality, defects, or coating issues
- Maintain a steady pace to keep up with production flow
- Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to keep workflow moving
Line Loaders/Unloaders Skills and Requirements:
- Must be comfortable working in a non-climate controlled environment
Safety toe shoes required - Ability to lift 50-60 lbs consistently throughout shift
- Must be able to work overtime hours as scheduled
