Craft 31 is a busy, locally owned restaurant serving gourmet burgers, wood-fired pizzas, fresh seafood, and 31 rotating craft beers. We're looking for an experienced line cook who values teamwork, takes ownership of their station, and can be counted on every day.
What You'll Do
- Execute menu items with speed, consistency, and attention to detail.
- Keep your station clean, organized, and ready for service.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house team.
- Stay composed and productive during busy services.
- Take pride in every plate that leaves your station.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a line cook in a high-volume kitchen.
- Dependable attendance—you show up ready to work.
- Ability to work clean, organized, and efficiently under pressure.
- Strong work ethic and a team-first attitude.
- Someone who cares about consistency and quality, not cutting corners.
- Pizza experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person.
