Gellert Hospitality Group is a proud Five Guys franchisee seeking exceptional talent to join our team. If you have a passion for providing excellent customer service, then we want to hear from you. Youll work closely with the Restaurant Manager and other Team Members in a creative, supportive, fun, fast-paced environment rich with teamwork and positivity.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Requirements:

Compensation: For new hires, our starting rate includes:

• Base rate: $14.00 an hour.
• Tips: $3.00 an hour.
• Bonus: $0.75 an hour.
• Total: $17.75 an hour.

Initially, new hires should expect to receive 30 hours a week. After training, Team Members will get up to 40 hours a week. The schedule breakdown is:

• 10 hour shift.
• 8 hour shift.
• Day shift.
• Holidays.
• Night shift.
• Weekends.

Responsibilities: We will also provide you with all the necessary training, which may include the following responsibilities:

• Taking orders.
• Preparing and cooking food.
• Cleaning tasks.
• Following brand standards.
• And practicing food safety procedures.
