We are hiring Line Cooks for our roof top bar and speakeasy!SummaryThe Line Cook prepares high-quality food items while maintaining consistency, safety, sanitation, and cost control standards to ensure anexcellent guest experience.Key Responsibilities* Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion standards, and guests' requests and dietary restrictions* Label, date, rotate, and store food products per SOP and food safety guidelines* Follow all safety and sanitation standards at all times* Properly portion items to control food costs and reduce waste* Check pars, complete prep work, and assist with line and buffet setup* Return unused food to proper storage, labeled and dated* Perform additional duties as assigned and follow Concord Hospitality policiesWhy work for Concord Hospitality?
