As an Entry-Level Line Cook, you'll work alongside experienced culinary professionals to help create unforgettable dining experiences for our guests. Whether you're preparing elevated chophouse classics, supporting banquet events, or learning the fast-paced rhythm of our diverse outlets, every shift is an opportunity to grow your craft.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with food preparation including chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Follow recipes and cooking techniques to ensure consistency and high-quality execution
- Cook and plate menu items according to established presentation standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation
- Support inventory organization, stocking, and kitchen prep operations
- Collaborate with chefs and culinary leaders on menu development and daily features
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards
- Provide support across multiple kitchen outlets and culinary operations as needed
