• The three stations in the kitchen include fry station, bun station, and grill. 
• Each station has its own responsibilities. Grill station is responsible for burgers, cheesesteaks, grill chicken. 
• Bun station is known for completing the sandwich that is on the grill with the topping the customers choose. 
• Fry station is required to send out side items such as fries, onion rings, and tots. 
• Fry station is also responsible for main items such as chicken tenders and shrimp. 
• Other responsibilities the kitchen is to uphold is cleanliness and proper temperatures.
