Job Title: Line Cook (Full-Time, Seasonal)
Location: Weston Field Club – Weston, CT
Seasonal Position: Late Spring through Early Fall (exact dates TBD)
Compensation: $18.00/hour - $24.00/hour

Position Summary:


We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook to support our seasonal food service operations. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced kitchen, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality meals consistently. As a line cook, you’ll work closely with our General Manager and kitchen team to prepare and plate a variety of menu items for our members and guests.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards

  • Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and workstations

  • Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures

  • Work efficiently with other team members to ensure timely service

  • Assist with receiving deliveries and inventory management as needed

  • Adapt to special events, themed nights, and varying service volumes

Qualifications:


  • Prior experience as a line cook or in a similar role (1+ years preferred)

  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen equipment, and safety standards

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic

  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
