What you'll do
Execute prep lists and set up stations before service
Cook and plate dishes consistently following recipes and standards
Maintain cleanliness and food safety at all times
Work collaboratively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Rotate and monitor ingredient freshness and reduce waste
Requirements
2+ year kitchen experience
NYC Food Handler Certificate
Knife skills & food prep
Ability to work all shifts
Team player attitude
Works well under pressure
