Line Cook | AM & PM Shifts Available

The Copperfield Neighborhood Diner and Bar in Mendota Heights, MN is seeking line cooks and prep cooks to join our team. Our ideal candidate will possess strong cooking skills, demonstrate consistency under pressure, and exhibit a genuine passion for food preparation. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus! We are open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and have a variety of hours and shifts available. Must have 1-2+ years cooking experience in order to excel in our fast-paced kitchen. Pay starting at $19-$23/hour DOQ.

Responsibilities

•          Prepare, cook, and present menu items according to standardized recipes and quality guidelines.
•          Ensure all food is prepared efficiently, safely, and in alignment with company standards.
•          Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety regulations.

 Qualifications

•          Previous professional cooking experience is required; one to two years is preferred.
•          Must be available to work evening/PM shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
•          Demonstrates strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
•          Exhibits excellent communication and teamwork skills.
