Lombardi Family Concepts is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our brand-new concept addition – Victory Tap (Coming Soon - Summer 2026). We are seeking experienced, detail-oriented, and dedicated line cooks to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence, attention to detail, and possess experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Job Requirements:
- 2+ years of kitchen experience at upscale, reputable restaurants
- Experience in high-volume, scratch-made cooking
- Diverse in South and Central American cuisine (Peruvian, Argentinian, Mexican)
- Safe Food Handling Certificate
- Passion for food and cooking techniques
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Ability to work flexible hours (weekends and holidays)
