Line Cook
As a line cook at Gaucho Parrilla Argentina, you are the last component in a kitchen process that requires amazing teamwork and support. Line cooks occupy multiple stations on our line. As a line cook you will train, master and rotate through each station.
Stations include:
Pantry - preparation of hot & cold menu items including raw dishes, appetizers and desserts
Saute - includes cooking of hot items on the plancha, in ovens and on the range
Build - completion and composition of appetizers, entrees, and sandwiches
Line Expo - organizing, timing, and composing full orders.
Grill - all wood-fired grilling of meats, poultry, seafood, and vegetables

Responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities include:
inventory, setup and prep for each station upon opening
maintain clean, sanitary and organized work area
organize ticket orders for uniform execution
season, prepare, taste and compose menu items as directed
