Seeking a passionate and experienced Line Cook for a part-time role in a dynamic kitchen environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Ordering, stocking, and preparing ingredients for menu items
- Cooking and plating dishes with consistent presentation
- Butchering meats, cheese, and produce daily
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and service areas
- Operating various kitchen equipment safely
- Supporting inventory, safety standards, and team meetings
Qualifications:- Ability to lift 40lbs and stand for long periods
- Food Handler's Card or willingness to obtain one
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
