Line Cook (P.M.)

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook (P.M.) to join our culinary team at The Resort at Longboat Key Club. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes during the lunch & evening shifts, ensuring consistency, presentation, and adherence to health and safety standards. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards during the evening shift.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstation.
• Assist in food preparation and portioning as needed.
• Ensure all food is stored and maintained according to safety protocols.
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth and timely service.
• Follow all sanitation and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Line Cook or similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards.
• Ability to work evening shifts and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
