Line Cook – Upscale Italian Restaurant

Responsibilities:

• Work the grill station and execute proteins to specification.
• Assist with prep, setup, and breakdown of the kitchen.
• Maintain speed, consistency, and accuracy during service.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth, efficient service.

Qualifications:

• Previous line cook experience (grill experience preferred).
• Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining quality.
• Strong understanding of cooking techniques and temperatures.
• Dependable, team-oriented, and detail-driven.
• Flexible schedule availability, including nights and weekends.
