At our Beavercreek location, you will work the pizza line, stretch dough, build pies and cook in our wood-fired ovens while maintaining high standards for food safety, organization, and teamwork.

Position Summary
As a Line Cook at the Beavercreek location, you are responsible for executing the pizza line with accuracy, urgency, and consistency. Success in this role requires attention to detail, strong work habits, and the ability to perform well during high-volume service.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and organize ingredients for daily service
Set up, maintain, and break down the pizza line
Stretch dough and build Neapolitan-style pizzas to company specifications
Cook pizzas in wood-fired ovens according to standards
Maintain food quality, portioning, and presentation standards
Work efficiently during high-volume periods
Keep your station clean, organized, and food-safe
Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
Support teammates and contribute to a positive kitchen culture

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
This position works in a commercial kitchen environment and includes:
Exposure to high temperatures from wood-fired ovens and cold conditions in walk-ins
Frequent contact with water, cleaning solutions, produce, dairy, and common allergens
Extended standing and walking
Bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds
Repetitive wrist, hand, and finger motion
Use of kitchen equipment requiring manual dexterity
Ability to communicate clearly and maintain awareness of surroundings for safety
