Overall Responsibilities include maintaining sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas, cleaning food prep areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils. Operate large-volume cooking equipment such as grills, deep fryers, and griddles. Prepare specialty foods quickly, verify food quality, wash, cut, and prepare ingredients, and organize food deliveries by labeling and stocking. Must be flexible to work nights, holidays, and weekends, with training provided.


  • Requirements include a State Card Room License (obtained at hiring), ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and ServSafe certification or ability to obtain it.
  • Must handle moderate to high physical effort, lift up to 50 lbs, and work a flexible schedule, primarily night shifts.

  • Rate starts at $15 per hour plus shift differential. Benefits after 6 months include health, dental, life, vision, AFLAC, and a cafeteria plan. 401K begins after 30 days. The workplace is drug-free.
