About the Position

As a Line Cook, you'll be responsible for preparing high-quality menu items while maintaining the pace and precision required in a busy, high-volume kitchen. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, excellent time management, communication, and a passion for delivering consistently outstanding food.

Responsibilities

• Set up, stock, and maintain your assigned station for each shift.
• Communicate with FOH employees and fellow staff
• Prepare steaks, seafood, and other menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Ensure every plate leaving the kitchen meets our quality expectations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout service.
• Work efficiently with fellow cooks and chefs during high-volume meal periods.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines.
• Assist with prep, cleaning, and closing duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced restaurant required.
• Steakhouse or upscale casual dining experience is a plus.
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of cooking techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume kitchen.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
• Team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
