Elegy's line cook position involves making food items to-order in a fast casual setting. Our menu is straightforward and stays pretty consistent through the year - we sell burritos, breakfast sandwiches, and a chicken caesar salad wrap. We are a high volume restaurant so shifts are high energy and fast-moving! Shifts range between 7-9 hours long between the hours of 6-3 for 3/4 locations, and 6-5 for our WeHo location.
