The opportunity Delaware Norths Patina Group is hiring full-time and part-time Line Cooks to join our team at Naples Ristorante in Anaheim, California.

What Will You Do As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for:

• Properly measuring portion and cooking all food items in a timely manner
• Ensuring correct food temperatures are maintained and food is stored safely
• Performing opening, closing, and side work duties according to proper guidelines
• Keeping your workstation and equipment clean, organized, and sufficiently stocked
• Using waste control guidelines and recording all waste on the spoilage sheet

More About You To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a prep cook or line cook
• The ability to prioritize and complete food orders with speed and precision
• The ability to follow procedures and take directions
• Basic math skills to understand, calculate, and follow recipe measurements and proportions
• No high school diploma or GED required

Physical Requirements You will need to be able to:

• Use manual dexterity to chop, mix, and blend a variety of foods and liquids
• Carry large pans weighing up to 50 pounds and operate kitchen equipment
• Stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions
• Be exposed to variable temperatures

Shift Details This role will require you to work:

• Evenings
• Holidays
• Monday through Friday
• Weekends
