They coordinate with staff, attend meetings, and help close the kitchen.
Additional duties include menu planning, inventory management, and food preparation tasks like carving and butchering. The position requires proficiency with commercial kitchen equipment, tools, and software. Candidates should have at least 2 years of kitchen experience, effective communication skills, and the physical ability to work long hours, lift up to 40 pounds, and stand for extended periods.
