Line Cook | Grand Haven

We are hiring an experienced Line Cook for a fast-paced Italian dining restaurant. If you take pride in quality, consistency, and delivering great food under pressure, we want to hear from you.

Shifts & Pay:

Location: Grand Haven, MI 49417
Schedule: Wednesday - Saturday
Shifts: Mornings and Afternoons available
Pay: $18.00/hour or more, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and portion standards
Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work station
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely order execution
Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures at all times
Monitor food quality and consistency throughout service

What We Are Looking For:

Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred
Knowledge of Italian cuisine and cooking techniques is a plus
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Comfortable working around heat and standing for extended periods
Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
