We are currently hiring for full-time Chef de Partie and Line Cook positions to join our team in Naples, Florida. As a full-time Chef de Partie or Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking elevated menu items using only the finest ingredients, while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and dietary requirements
- Ensure that all meals are prepared in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- Ensure that all food is stored properly
- Assist with menu planning and ordering of supplies
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Plating hot and cold food items
- Preparation of seafood market, ice display, and caviar presentations
- Preparation of all raw ingredients, sauces, breaking down, and scaling whole fish
- Maintain all health and safety standards in your work performance
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a cook
- Positive attitude and high energy
- Strong attention to detail
- Culinary school certification is preferred however not required
- Knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes
- Ability to follow recipes and dietary requirements
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
