What You’ll Do

As an essential member of our kitchen team, you’ll help deliver an exceptional dining experience by preparing delicious, high-quality food in a clean, organized, and collaborative environment. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Memorizing recipes, portion standards, and operational procedures
• Preparing ingredients and components for all menu items
• Cooking dishes to consistently meet our quality and presentation standards
• Ensuring product freshness through proper rotation and storage
• Collaborating with fellow cooks to manage varying levels of kitchen activity
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times
• Following all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety protocols
• Assisting with packaging for takeout and delivery orders
• Supporting the cleanliness of the kitchen and storage spaces
• Handling trash and recycling removal as needed
• Participating in inventory checks and restocking kitchen stations
• Keeping storage areas clean, organized, and well-labeled
• Contributing to a positive, respectful, and team-oriented kitchen culture

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who brings experience, energy, and a collaborative spirit to the kitchen. Our ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced, high-output kitchen
• A current ServSafe (or equivalent) certification—or willingness to obtain within the first few months of employment
• Strong work ethic and a positive, solution-oriented attitude
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Availability for morning and lunch shifts on weekdays and weekends
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Calm and focused demeanor under pressure
• A friendly, respectful approach to teamwork and communication

• Morning to afternoon shifts
• Late morning to late afternoon shifts
• Friday and Saturday nights (if discussed during the interview)
