Key Requirements:- Prepare ingredients, including chopping vegetables, cutting meats, and measuring seasonings.
- Cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Set up and stock kitchen stations with necessary supplies.
- Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner during service periods.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of workstations, kitchen equipment, and storage areas.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Communicate effectively with chefs and other kitchen staff to coordinate orders.
- Support banquet and catering food preparation as needed.
Shifts:- Monday - Sunday schedule with 2 days off
- Breakfast and lunch times: 6:00 am - 2:00 pm
- Dinner times: 3:00 pm - 9:00 pm
- Sunday schedule is 6:00 am - 2:00 pm
