POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking skilled and service-driven line cooks to support exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced luxury environment. This role requires precision, efficiency, and a genuine passion for culinary excellence. Line cooks play a key role in executing high-quality dishes by preparing ingredients, maintaining organized stations, and ensuring consistency in accordance with fine dining standards.

YOUR ROLE

Set up and organize assigned station according to fine dining standards
Prepare and execute all menu items with precision, consistency, and attention to detail
Follow established recipes, portion controls, and presentation guidelines as defined by the Chef
Maintain proper sanitation, food safety, and timing standards throughout service
Restock and maintain station supplies to ensure efficiency and readiness
Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely and effectively
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, including walk-ins and storage spaces
Prepare a variety of dishes including meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and cold items with consistency and quality
Properly label, date, and store food items in compliance with health and safety standards
Assist with opening and closing duties, ensuring stations are properly prepared and secured
Collaborate with chefs and kitchen team members to support smooth service operations
Demonstrate strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to multitask under pressure
Maintain reliable attendance, punctuality, and a performance-driven mindset
Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 2 years of experience as a line cook in a high-volume or fine dining environment
Strong knife skills and understanding of various cooking techniques
Ability to follow recipes, directions, and maintain consistency in execution
Excellent communication skills; bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
Culinary school degree preferred but not required
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
