From the success of MILA in Miami Beach to the expansion of AVA, CASA NEOS, and CLAUDIE, RDG is building a collection of destinations that offer more than a meal - they create unforgettable experiences.YOUR ROLESet up and organize assigned station according to fine dining standardsPrepare and execute all menu items with precision, consistency, and attention to detailFollow established recipes, portion controls, and presentation guidelines as defined by the ChefMaintain proper sanitation, food safety, and timing standards throughout serviceRestock and maintain station supplies to ensure efficiency and readinessOperate and maintain kitchen equipment safely and effectivelyMaintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, including walk-ins and storage spacesPrepare a variety of dishes including meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and cold items with consistency and qualityProperly label, date, and store food items in compliance with health and safety standardsAssist with opening and closing duties, ensuring stations are properly prepared and securedCollaborate with chefs and kitchen team members to support smooth service operationsDemonstrate strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to multitask under pressureMaintain reliable attendance, punctuality, and a performance-driven mindsetAbility to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced kitchen environmentThis is not an exhausted list of job responsibilities.REQUIREMENTSMinimum 2 years of experience as a line cook in a high-volume or fine dining environmentStrong knife skills and understanding of various cooking techniquesAbility to follow recipes, directions, and maintain consistency in executionExcellent communication skills; bilingual in English and Spanish preferredAbility to work calmly and efficiently under pressureStrong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skillsCulinary school degree preferred but not requiredFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
