Do you think you could be a right fit? Apply now.JOB SUMMARY:We're looking for a friendly, dependable Line Cook to join our busy pub kitchen. You'll help prep, cook, and plate great food while keeping things clean, organized, and running smoothly during those rush-hour moments.USD: $16-18/hour.KEY RESPONSIBLIITIES:* Set up and stock your station each shift.* Prep ingredients and cook dishes according to recipes.* Keep your area clean and follow food safety standards.* Communicate with the team to keep service running smoothly.* Jump in where needed-teamwork makes the pub run!REQUIREMENTS:* At least 1 year of professional kitchen experience.* Comfortable using kitchen equipment and solid knife skills.* Able to work independently and as part of a team.* Reliable, positive, and able to handle a fast-paced environment.SHIFTS / NIGHT WORK / AVAILABILITY:* Flexible scheduled: willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.* Seeking part-time Line Cooks.PHYSICAL DEMANDS:* Ability to stand and walk for long periods.* Lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs).* Must be able to bend, stretch and reach for extended periods of time.* Regularly required to talk and hear.* Frequent use of hands and fingers; ability to feel and reach with hands and arms.* Ability to stoop, kneel, and crouch.* Specific vision abilities required in this role include close vision and distance vision.* Logic and thinking process must be quick and unencumbered.WORK ENVIRONMENT:While performing the core functions of the position, you are usually indoors, in a confined kitchen environment, but may also be rostered to work outdoors in a natural and variable environment. The position can also involve regularly moving between warm (kitchen) and cold (cool room) locations.
