The Line Cook at the golf course is responsible for preparing and cooking menu items in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This position supports daily food service operations by ensuring high-quality, timely, and consistent food preparation while maintaining cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards.
No specific education requirements; previous food service or kitchen experience preferred but not required. On-the-job training will be provided.
Physical Activities Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. Work Environment Work is performed primarily in a commercial kitchen environment with exposure to heat, steam, noise, and food odors. Fast-paced conditions are common, particularly during peak service times and golf events.
