Line Cook Am Shift

We are hiring a hotel line cook. Great opportunity to bring your culinary skills to one of North America's fastest growing hospitality companies – Concord Hospitality Enterprises. This position means you'll be tempting the palettes of our guests with your attention to detail in presentation, quality, and safe serving temperatures.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients (chopping, portioning, marinating, prepping sauces)
• Cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
• Set up and stock assigned station before service
• Maintain consistency, quality, and proper portioning of dishes
• Ensure food is cooked and plated in a timely manner during service
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines
• Keep the workstation clean, organized, and stocked throughout shifts
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages to kitchen staff
• Properly store food and label items according to regulations
• Assist with kitchen opening and closing duties
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to maintain smooth service
