Line Cook (A.M.)

Join our culinary team at The Resort at Longboat Key Club as a Line Cook (A.M.). In this role, you will prepare and cook a variety of breakfast and Lunch dishes to ensure our guests enjoy a memorable dining experience. You will work closely with the kitchen staff to maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Work efficiently to meet demand during busy morning hours
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff

Requirements

• Previous experience as a line cook or similar role preferred
• Ability to work early morning shifts
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for cooking
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
• Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
