The client will consider candidates who are open to traveling for 2-3 weeks at a time or who can travel 2-3 days per week, at least for the first 6 months - a generous peridiem will be paid.

Description

  • Manage the development and operational performance of affordable housing projects.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Oversee budgets, contracts, and compliance with housing regulations.
  • Analyze and optimize asset performance to achieve financial and operational goals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including contractors and community organizations.
  • Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management.
  • Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal housing regulations and guidelines.
  • Travel as required to oversee project sites and attend meetings.
