Description
- Develop conceptual and detailed estimates.
- Analyze plans, specifications, and bid documents.
- Solicit subcontractor and supplier pricing.
- Perform quantity takeoffs.
- Participate in value engineering efforts.
- Support proposal development and bid submissions.
- Collaborate closely with operations teams during project transitions.
Profile
- 5+ years of construction estimating experience.
- Industrial project experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with Bluebeam, Excel, and estimating software.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
