The Production & Inventory Coordinator supports material flow and production activity across the facility. This role involves moving materials, updating inventory systems, monitoring parts availability, troubleshooting discrepancies, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to maintain production schedules. Work is performed under close supervision.
Regular and predictable attendance is required.
Move and process production materials into and out of storage, production lines, and designated areas.
Monitor work-in-process inventory to ensure smooth production flow.
Communicate part and material status using both automated systems and manual tracking/reporting.
Identify, analyze, and resolve discrepancies in parts, materials, and inventory accuracy.
Coordinate with various functions to set priorities, expedite materials, and prevent production delays.
Support inventory management and material handling tasks, including forklift operation (training provided).
Ability to operate a forklift (training provided).
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and work on feet for extended periods.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint).
Experience with SQL and Tableau or other data modeling/analytics tools.
High school diploma or GED.
Shift: 1st
Hours: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Overtime: Possible OT opportunities based on business needs.
