Responsibilities:
Diagnose, service, maintain, and repair light commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, split systems, and associated components
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control issues efficiently and safely
Perform preventative maintenance and emergency service calls as needed
Complete work orders, service reports, and documentation accurately and promptly
Communicate professionally with customers regarding system issues, repairs, and recommendations
Maintain company tools, vehicles, and equipment in a safe and professional manner
Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations
Participate in on-call rotation, including evenings and weekends as required
Qualifications & Experience
2–5+ years of commercial or light commercial HVAC service experience preferred
EPA Universal Certification
Must possess or be able to obtain and maintain a valid Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) certification/licensure as required for the position.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems
Ability to work independently while maintaining strong teamwork and communication
High school diploma or GED required
Licenses & Requirements
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record, consistent with company and insurance requirements
Ability to safely operate company vehicles and travel to customer sites as required

Lifting and carrying up to 75 pounds
Climbing ladders, working at heights, and accessing rooftops
Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and working in confined spaces
