Lifetime Sports Academy Coordinator

HOURS M-F 8:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Do you love working with kids leading sports activities and creating fun learning experiences? Are you energetic, organized, and ready to make a positive impact every day?

What Youll Do • Lead individual, small, and large group youth sports and recreational activities • Assist instructors with formal lessons in tennis, golf, and other programs • Register participants, maintain program records, and monitor inventory of supplies and equipment • Open and close facilities and ensure safety procedures are followed • Provide guidance and role modeling for children and handle discipline when necessary

What You Bring • Associates degree, A.A. or equivalent, or 6-12 months related experience or a combination of education and experience • Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and the public • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to operate equipment safely and follow written or oral instructions • Valid Indiana Drivers License if City vehicle is used
