Position Summary: The Lifestyle Coordinator executes the property's marketing, leasing, event management, and renewal strategies to achieve key occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. This role seamlessly combines leasing responsibilities with high-impact resident engagement to create an exceptional living experience from the initial tour through long-term residency. As the first point of contact, you will welcome prospective residents with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a deep understanding of our community's unique lifestyle. Beyond leasing, you will bring the community to life by designing dynamic events, fostering meaningful connections, and supporting a vibrant environment for our residents.
