**Job Description:** The LifeSaver Gummies Processing Operator- Mogul is responsible for operating automated and/or manual manufacturing equipment used to produce Gummies following the established manufacturing procedures and prescribed formulas with exactness. The LSG Processing Operator will perform daily job requirements to include but not limited to, 5S audits, inventories, cleaning and stocking, and they must communicate with the Gummies Kitchen to ensure adherence to production schedule. **What are we looking for?** **Minimum Qualifications:** + High school diploma or equivalent education. + 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment. + Basic math skills required to calculate ingredients. + Pallet jack operation. + High sense of urgency and accountability. + High Level of demonstrated problem-solving capability. + Ability to understand, read, write and communicate in basic work-related English. + Supports and understands the business, department and line goals. + Other responsibilities and duties as assigned. **Physical requirements:** + Frequent lifting/carrying/pulling/pushing (1-50lbs.) + Frequent handling/reaching of various products + Frequent fine finger movements + Frequent standing **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience in TPM/Lean Manufacturing preferred + Mixing or related experience preferred. + Experience with MS Office Products and Outlook a plus **What will be your key responsibilities?** + Perform general housekeeping duties in the depositing room + Complete frequent observation of work-in-process and the completion of required recording, such as Quality Control Point sheets. + Independently operate processing machines and produce a quality Gummie product in a team-based environment. + This position will be required to cross train in various positions in the processing department . + This position requires the ability to both operate and to assist in training others on all processing jobs to include Kitchen, Platform and downstream responsibilities. + Participate in MSE progression through the AM model or Focused Improvement Loss Projects **What can you expect from Mars?** + Work with diverse and talented Associates, all guided by the Five Principles. + Join a purpose driven company, where we’re striving to build the world we want tomorrow, today. + A strong focus on learning and development support from day one, including access to our in-house Mars University. + An industry competitive salary and benefits package, including company bonus. **Qualifications** + Manages Complexity + Communicates Effectively + Ensures Accountability + Plans and Aligns + Interpersonal Savvy + Drives Results + Directs Work + Drives Engagement
