Girl Scouts San Diego is looking for a confident, safety-first leader to manage engaging pool and waterfront programs and activities, oversee lifeguard staff, and create unforgettable water adventures at our overnight summer camp in Julian, CA.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the onsite pool and water programs and support canoeing excursions at our picturesque on-site lake.
• Lead the waterfront team in delivering fun water games, smooth swim tests, and new experiences at the water’s edge.
• Help shape the summer camp experience by assisting with camp-wide activities and general camp operations, contributing to many iconic summer camp moments.
