**SUMMARY:**
This is a Part-Time position within the Recreation Department. Incumbents perform the more routine technical duties while learning operational policies and procedures.
**MINIMUM/PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:**
Qualified applicants shall submit a City of Winnemucca job application to the City of Winnemucca.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:**
Enforces rules and regulations pertaining to pool operation and safety and supervises pool areas when in use.
Administers first aid and/or CPR as needed; performs water rescue functions.
Functions as a crew member within an emergency plan for the handling of accidents in pool areas.
Maintains standards of facility sanitation, assisting with cleaning and general maintenance of the facility.
Checks visitors into the swimming facility and collects fees.
Attends meetings and training sessions as required.
