Overview: $14.50 / Hour During training, the hourly rate is $13.50 until successfully passing the lifeguard course. Joining our Dorney Park team means you'll keep guests safe at our pools in our Wildwater Kingdom Waterpark. You'll also earn a PAID lifeguard license. Monitor and enforce the waterpark rules in our pools, slides, and lazy rivers. Receive continuous in-service training and lifesaving skills. Learn to properly use and store rescue equipment that can be utilized in real-world scenarios. Respond to medical and aquatic emergencies.
