Lifecycle & Growth Marketing Specialist

SUMMARY:
Aeroseal is looking for a Lifecycle & Growth Marketing Specialist that will assist us in our mission by owning conversion and pipeline impact across the mid and bottom of the funnel. The role is responsible for moving leads to qualified prospects, qualified prospects to pipeline, and writing the copy and campaigns that make it happen.
This is a marketer's role — equal parts copy, campaign execution, and conversion thinking. The Lifecycle & Growth Marketing Specialist identifies where the funnel is leaking, ships the messaging, landing pages, and nurture flows to fix it, and continuously tests to compound results.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• 2–4 years in B2B marketing, growth, lifecycle, or demand gen — at least one role with direct ownership of campaigns or conversion metrics
• Hands-on email/marketing automation experience (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Klaviyo, or similar) — built and shipped nurture flows, not just sent broadcasts
• Proven copywriting chops — can point to emails, landing pages, or ads you wrote that moved a number. Portfolio or work samples required
• Comfort with landing page tools and basic CRO — built/edited pages in a CMS or page builder (Webflow, Unbounce, Instapage, HubSpot CMS, WordPress), run A/B tests, and read the results
• Funnel literacy — understands lead marketing qualified lead sales qualified lead opportunity close, and can talk fluently about conversion rates between stages
• Analytics fluency — pulls and interprets data from GA4, HubSpot, or similar without needing a BI team. Comfortable in spreadsheets (pivots, basic formulas)
• Demonstrated AI workflow — actively uses LLMs in daily marketing work (copy, segmentation, ideation). Can speak specifically to tools and use cases
• Writing-first communicator — can frame a hypothesis, document a test, and summarize results in a few sharp sentences

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Mid-funnel conversion (lead qualified prospect). Improves conversion between lead capture and a qualified prospect handoff to sales. Partners with sales on lead scoring, routing, and follow-up.
• Bottom-funnel conversion (qualified prospect pipeline). Drives qualified prospects into pipeline through nurture sequences, enablement content, and buyer-journey messaging.
• Email and nurture campaigns. Owns lifecycle email end to end — strategy, segmentation, copywriting, sequencing, deliverability, reactivation, and nurture-driven conversion.
• Copy and messaging. Writes and iterates conversion-focused copy across landing pages, forms, emails, ads, and nurture flows. Translates positioning and customer insight into messaging that moves prospects forward.
• Landing page conversion (CRO). Owns the landing page and CRO program. Writes page copy, forms hypotheses, ships A/B and multivariate tests, and iterates on what converts.
• Funnel performance. Tracks funnel performance, surfaces drop-off points, and recommends what to do next. Brings findings and a plan, not just a dashboard.
• Continuous testing. Runs a steady experimentation cadence. Forms hypotheses, ships tests, captures learnings, and scales what works.

The estimated pay range for this role is $50,000 to $70,000. Actual pay is based on various factors including, but not limited to, the successful candidate's experience, skills, knowledge, and job location. Please note that the compensation details listed in role postings reflect the base salary and do not include bonuses or benefits.
In addition, Aeroseal offers a comprehensive benefits program including:
• Robust insurance package including medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, and life insurance through a national insurance provider. Mental Health resources available at no cost to employee.
• 401K with employer match above similar benchmarked companies.
• Paid parental leave.
• Company stock options with a tangible stake in our success.
• On-site fitness center with weekly group training and yoga instruction
• Growth Mindset Learning Reimbursement including tuition and book reimbursement.
• Flexible PTO program.
• Dog-friendly workplace.
• Positions may also qualify for participation in bonus programs commensurate with role and scope of responsibility.
