Life Support Training Specialist

We’re hiring a Life Support Training Specialist to oversee, coordinate, and deliver Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) training across our health system. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our clinical teams are prepared, confident, and compliant with our Life Support Training Center standards. This position is a great fit for a current Life Support Instructor seeking growth and development.

• Coordinate and deliver all Advanced Cardiac Life Support Training courses across the health system
• Ensure compliance with Life Support Training Center guidelines
• Maintain high-quality instruction and support instructors and participants
• Manage course logistics, including scheduling, equipment, and supply inventory
• Collect course data and project course volumes for upcoming year

• A current Life Support instructor, ideally with a background in teaching Advanced Cardiac Life Support
• Highly organized with strong communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining training quality and compliance
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certified
