We are hiring a high-performing sales professional to handle inbound, warm life insurance opportunities inside a fast-growing insurance agency.


This is NOT a cold-calling role.


You will be speaking with:


  • Existing clients
  • Inbound inquiries
  • Referred opportunities from our service team

Salary Range: $150000.00 - $200000.00 per year

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound life insurance opportunities from existing clients and referrals
  • Conduct needs analysis and recommend appropriate coverage
  • Present and close life insurance policies
  • Consistently follow up with warm prospects
  • Work closely with service team to capture referral opportunities
  • Track daily activity (calls, quotes, closes)
  • Maintain a high level of urgency and responsiveness
  • Hit monthly production targets (812+ policies per month)

Requirements
  • Strong sales experience (insurance or financial services preferred but not required)
  • Proven ability to close deals and hit performance targets
  • Comfortable speaking about financial protection and planning
  • Strong communication and phone skills
  • Highly organized with consistent follow-up habits
  • Coachable and able to follow a proven sales process
  • Competitive, self-motivated, and performance-driven


Preferred:

  • Life insurance license (or willingness to obtain quickly)
  • Previous experience in insurance, mortgage, or financial sales
