Were looking for an experienced Life Insurance Sales Representative who wants to build a long-term career in a relationship-driven agency.


In this role, youll work with clients to review their financial protection and retirement needs, recommend appropriate Life Insurance solutions, and help them put plans in place that support their long-term goals. This is a consultative sales role focused on building trust and maintaining client relationships over time.


Youll have access to leads and support from our main office, along with the opportunity to grow your production by developing your own referral sources and network. This role is best suited for someone who is comfortable taking initiative and building their own pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new Life Insurance business through a combination of provided leads, outbound outreach, referrals, and personal networking
  • Conduct client meetings to assess needs and recommend appropriate Life Insurance and related solutions
  • Manage the full sales process from initial conversation through application and placement
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and clients to build and close opportunities
  • Meet individual production goals for Life Insurance
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through ongoing service and reviews
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Centers of Influence to drive referrals
  • Stay organized and maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in the CRM
  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and agency events

Requirements
  • Prior experience in Life Insurance sales (required)
  • Active Life & Health insurance license (required)
  • Based in California; local to the San Jose area preferred
  • Willing to work from our San Jose office during regular business hours (preferred)
  • For non-local candidates: ability to travel to the San Jose office at least every other month
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and consistent with follow-through
  • Comfortable generating your own opportunities in addition to working provided leads
