WHAT YOU’LL EARN

• Entry Level: $7K–$12K/month
• Mid-Level: $12K–$25K+/month
• Top Performers: $200K–$400K+/year

100% commission-based. Upfront pay + backend residuals. No income cap.

YOUR DAY IN THIS ROLE

You start your day knowing exactly who you’re calling. You’ll work with clients virtually from across the country while building your own pipeline remotely.

You log into our agent portal, pull up your pipeline, and start conversations. You’re on Zoom or the phone. Asking questions, building trust, guiding someone to the right policy. When the fit is right, you close the deal. A family gets protected. You get paid.

By the end of the week, your dashboard shows you exactly where you stand: calls made, policies written, commissions earned. Nobody decides your number but you.

• Coachable - you take feedback, apply it, and improve fast
• Work ethic over résumé - no insurance experience required

• Purpose-driven - you want the work to mean something, not just pay a bill

Prior sales, service, fitness, real estate, or team-sport backgrounds tend to do very well here. If you have hustle and you’re coachable, we’ll handle the rest.
