LIFE OPERATIONS OFFICER
New in today is the opportunity to join a growing life carrier in the role of Operations Officer reporting to the Executive Management. This hire must show a commitment to OPERATIONAL EXCELLANCE and will be a positive contributor to the company culture.
We're looking for minimum of 7 years of upward advancement in a life carrier and who brings both domestic and international experience. This is a cross-functional role leading underwriting, policy administration, claim processing, premium collections, and reinsurance.
Your career must show a solid understanding of compliance/legal, operational procedures, best practices, process improvements, risk identification, digital and workflow automation, and transformation.
We're looking for someone who has an eye for strategic foresight and who can lead a project and bring it home on time and within budget and be excited to take it on!!!! Looking for a problem solver. Your skill set must include attention to detail, accuracy, and collaborative leadership skills.
Best match will be someone who has been involved in policy administration systems and reinsurance platforms. Microsoft Office Suite experience is a requirement.
